Manufacturing of Blender Charger Assembly to OEM Print

Hamilton Precision received an inquiry on a part for a brick press that has been in service for 30 years and still operating today. The requested replacement part was for a Blender Charger Assembly. The customer, located in Texas, did not have details of the part, nor could they advise a part number. After communicating with the customer and finding the original serial number of the brick press, Hamilton Precision was able to research, provide details of part required, fabricate, machine and deliver it. We were able to keep the customer operating without shutting them down except for installation of the assembly. Hamilton Precision manufactured the blender charger assembly using the original OEM prints which we own the rights to. The assembly consisted of several sub-assemblies composed of steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials. Some of the tolerances were +/-.002. After fabrication and machining was complete we painted the assembly per the customer's specification and delivered on time to meet their installation schedule.
